We have two electric heat treatment furnaces with horizontal loading technology and a total capacity of 20m3 : 6m length by 1.8m wide and 1.5m height.

HOMOGENIZING PROCESS

Homogenizing process reinforces metal structure .

Homogenised metal is easier for hot and cold deformation on later steps.

Every treatment operations are recorded as trends ( thermocouples data) and are available in order to track all informations about the product.
